Pesach is well-known throughout the culinary industry as an expert purveyor of fine foods. His distinguished career includes working with some of the most exclusive Hospitality groups and kosher caterers. Pesach has worked with some of the most respected hotels and resorts including Trump Doral Resort and Holland America cruise lines in numerous locations throughout the world. He incorporates traditional cuisine with International flair from his travels abroad. Pesach dazzles his clients with memorable events to bring their dreams to reality.

Dani Rubin

Dani discovered his culinary passion at an early age. His hospitality expertise spans twenty years with prestigious names in kosher catering including Five star caterers and KMR Tours. Dani has become an indispensable asset to the kosher culinary world, bringing his attention to detail and creativity to everything he directs. His creativity and contemporary flair are a harmonious balance of modern and exquisite. Dani’s proven leadership experience to engage a team and execute flawlessly are his hallmark. He is driven to perfection and looks forward to meeting each and every guest.

We are privileged to have Dani join us this Pesach to direct our dinning room, wait staff, and all events to ensure the ultimate guest satisfaction.

Rabbi Manish Spitz

Rav Manish Spitz is a foremost expert in the field Kashrus for over 30 years and has worked for all the major National Hashgachos and the local Vaadim in Florida. He is the Rav Hamachshir of the Miami Beach eruv and is a nationally recognized expert in the field of Eruvin and is highly sought after throughout the country.

Rav Spitz received his Smicha from Rav Aharon Soloveichik  zt”l  in Chicago and concurrently learned under the Novomisker Rebbe, Rav Yaakov Perlow Shlita. Subsequently R Spitz learned in Detroit under Rav Aryeh Leib Bakst zt”l and was also a member of the Pittsburgh Kollel. Currently Rav Spitz enjoys a close kesher with Rav Yochanan Zweig Shlita in Miami Beach.
Rav Spitz has run Pesach hotels for decades under his strict supervision.
